What is the Glow Stick?
The Danchel PDRN Pink Collagen Multi Balm — a 10 g / 0.35 oz balm in a twist-up stick rather than a jar. A hydrating balm for face, lips, under-eyes and neck.
Why a stick and not a jar?
The balm never meets a fingertip, so nothing your hands touched today goes back into the pot. You can place it precisely. And it travels without a lid to lose.
How long does one stick last?

Using it
How do I use it?
Twist to reveal the balm, swipe it onto the areas you want, then tap to blend. That is the whole routine.
Where on my face can I use it?
Face, lips, under the eyes and the neck.
Morning or night?
Either, and both. It sits under makeup in the morning and over a routine at night.
Ingredients & skin
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It is formulated to suit all skin types, but no one can tell you how your skin will respond to something it has not met. Patch test first. If you have a diagnosed skin condition or a known allergy, check the ingredient list with your clinician.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
That is a question for your doctor or midwife, who knows your history — take them the ingredient list. We are not able to give medical advice.

How long does shipping take?
Packed within 24 hours, ships within 1–2 business days. US delivery then takes 5–10 business days from dispatch.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing, on every US order. There is no minimum to reach.
Do you ship outside the US?

Where is my tracking?
Emailed when the parcel ships. It can take up to a day to start updating.
Refunds
What is your return policy?
Your first order is covered for 30 days from delivery. If it is not right for you, email us and we refund it — and we do not ask you to post it back. Damaged or incorrect orders are covered on every order, always.
Really? I keep it?
Yes. An opened balm cannot be resold to anybody, so a returned one is thrown away regardless. Making you post it there first just adds an envelope and a van to the same ending.
Does the guarantee cover repeat orders?
It covers your first order, once. Repeat orders are not covered by it, but anything we get wrong is: a damaged, missing or incorrect order is always put right, with no time limit.

How does Subscribe & Save work?
15% off every delivery, sent every 30 days. Your third delivery includes a free Glow Stick.
Can I skip or cancel?
Any time before the next charge, from your account — skip one delivery, change the date, pause, or cancel outright. No minimum and no cancellation fee.
If I skip a delivery, do I lose the free stick?
No. It is attached to your third delivery, not to a date — skipping moves it rather than losing it.
