Refund Policy
The binding version of the 30-Day Glow Guarantee.
Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. The structure and the operational facts are right; the binding wording is not something to take from a website builder. This document also lives in Settings → Policies, where Shopify links it automatically from checkout.
The window
You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order.
The guarantee applies once, to a customer’s first order. It is not a standing return window on repeat purchases. This limit does not affect orders that arrive damaged, incomplete or incorrect — those are covered on every order, with no time limit.
You do not have to return the product
An opened cosmetic cannot be resold, so a returned one is discarded either way; requiring its return would add postage and packaging to the same outcome and cost you money to reach it. You may keep the product, give it away or dispose of it.
How to request one
- Email us within the 30-day window. We reply within one business day.
- Include the order number. No reason is required.
- The refund is issued to the original payment method.
Damaged, missing or incorrect orders
A fulfilment error rather than a guarantee claim, and the 30-day window does not limit it. We will replace or refund the affected items at your choice.
Subscriptions
A subscription may be skipped, paused, rescheduled or cancelled at any time before the next charge. A subscription’s first delivery is that customer’s first order and is covered by the guarantee; later deliveries are not, though they remain covered for damage or fulfilment error.
Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to the rights you have by law and does not limit them.
Counsel
A US refund policy usually also addresses what happens to a promotional discount or free gift when part of an order is refunded, and chargeback handling.
