What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

This store is operated by Sann Sphere LLC, a limited liability company registered in California, United States.
Sann Sphere LLC is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by the maker of Danchel. Danchel and its product names are trademarks of their owner, used here to identify the goods we sell.
Sann Sphere LLC is the data controller for the information described here.
Needed
The registered business address. A privacy policy has to name a physical address for the data controller, and US marketing email is separately required by CAN-SPAM to carry one.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number if you give one, and the contents of your order. We never see your full card number — payment is taken by Shopify and its payment providers.
When you create an account: the same details, plus your order history and saved addresses. When you subscribe to emails: your email address, and whether you open or click what we send.
Must be filled
The exact list of third-party tools. Name every one that touches visitor data: analytics, advertising pixels, the email platform, the reviews app, the subscription app, any chat widget. A policy that omits a pixel you are actually running is the specific thing regulators act on.
Why we use it
- To take payment, fulfil your order and tell you where it is.
- To answer you when you contact us.
- To send marketing email, where you have asked for it — and to stop when you tell us to.
- To understand how the site is used.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who else sees it
Shopify hosts the store and processes payments. Carriers receive the delivery details they need. Our email and analytics providers receive what is described above. We do not sell your personal information.
Verify
“We do not sell your personal information” is a specific legal claim under California law, and running certain advertising pixels can count as a “sale” or “share” even with no money involved.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email from the link in any email we send.
Counsel
Which regimes apply, and the rights language each requires. CCPA/CPRA may apply past certain thresholds; selling into the EU or UK brings GDPR.
Cookies
The store uses cookies to keep your bag between pages, to keep you signed in, and for the analytics and advertising described above.
Depends
Whether a consent banner is required, and of what kind. This follows from the tools installed and the regions sold to.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account data is kept while your account is open. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Children
The store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
