Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.
Confirm
Whether international shipping is offered, to which countries, at what rate, and who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
Cost
Shipping is free on every US order. There is no minimum order value.
Processing and delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are the carrier’s estimate and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when the shipping label is created. It may take up to 24 hours to begin updating.
Delivery addresses
Please check the delivery address before completing checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for five business days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. We do not require you to chase the carrier yourself.
